Emma has developed a deep capacity to listen and support as a natural outcome of her own path of development, meditation and philosophical enquiry and the reality of bringing this wisdom into daily life.
Emma decided to formalise this process of organic development by training with Barefoot Coaching to become an accredited personal and executive coach. Her clients often feel her presence, listening skills and insightful questions allows them to find clarity with ease and speed.
Emma has been described an inspirational coach capable of deep listening which brings out insight and courage in her clients. She is particularly skilled at coaching on purpose, leadership, authenticity and emotional intelligence.
As an Executive coach, Emma combines the analytical curiosity honed within her years in Fund Management with the skills of deep inquiry into Human values and the Nature of the Mind from a Western and Eastern perspective,
Emma was educated at Cambridge University, Goldsmiths London and the London School of Economics then had a highly-successful international career in finance. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and worked as a Senior Analyst in London, New York and Hong Kong for HSBC working on an investment portfolio of $1bn.
Emma is an expert in her field. She is qualified to PCC level with the International Coaching Federation - this requires a minimum of 500 hours of coaching, recorded assessments and exams.
Emma is also qualified to a post graduate level in the Supervision of other coaches. Emma sees clients internationally in the individual and corporate field, both in person and online via Zoom.
